What's Covered
Derpa Shears covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship — such as blade misalignment, faulty tension screws, or handle defects present at the time of delivery — for wholesale orders, for a period to be confirmed on your order documentation.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear from daily professional use, including edge dulling over time.
- Damage from improper use, drops, or use outside intended coat/hair applications.
- Rust or corrosion from improper cleaning, drying, or storage.
- Units altered, resharpened, or serviced by a third party.
Making a Claim
